At Nutmeg State Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Return
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping container or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
